1. General terms

These Terms of Use of See Beauty online shop (hereafter: online shop) apply when making a purchase from See Beauty online shop. The seller of the products (hereafter: seller) is S.E. Beauty OÜ. Address Ahtri 12-112 Tallinn, registry code 12631823, phone (+372) 53 232 814, e-mail info@seebeauty.ee.

The terms apply between all persons (hereafter: client) and the seller to all legal relations arising through the purchase of products from See Beauty online shop. The seller has a right to unilaterally change and renew the terms, publishing the new terms at https://seebeauty.ee. The client is able to familiarize himself with the conditions prior to the purchase and the client agrees to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy when purchasing from the online shop. In addition, the applicable laws in the Republic of Estonia apply when purchasing from the online shop.

2. Ordering

2.1. Placing an order

Orders can be placed as an anonymous client. The client selects out the products from the online shop and adds them to the shopping cart. The client fills out the necessary fields (first and last name, e-mail, telephone, company name and address) the chooses the method and place of transfer of products and places the order.

2.2. Prices and ordering with a 0% Value Added Tax (VAT)

All the prices in the online shop are in euros (€) and include a 20% estonian VAT.

It is possible to place an order as a VAT payer company in another EU country with a 0% VAT. Follow the guidelines in order to that:

– Add selected products to the shopping cart and go to the “Checkout” page.
– Fill all the fields on the billing address form. Add the VAT number to the „Notes“
– Choose a shipping and payment method.
– Place the order.
– Wait for the new invoice without the VAT and make the payment. No refunds will be made if the payment is done before the new invoice.

2.3. Paying for the order

Upon receiving the order, the seller will send an email confirmation and invoice to the client. The client checks before paying for the invoice that all the data is in accordance with the clients actual wish. The client pays for the products in payment environments provided by the seller, by bank transfer according to the invoice or when coming to pick up the order from the shop in Tallinn in cash or by card. The client pays for the order in full extent as a prepayment for the products sale price and delivery charge.

The sales contract is in full force between the seller and the client after the seller receives the full purchase sum to the sellers banking account or to the payment environment used to pay.

2.4. Delivery of goods

The seller will complete and post the order after receiving the full purchase sum. Orders are posted on weekdays (Mon-Fri). Orders paid on the business day before 14:00 are posted on the same day. In case the seller fails to complete the client’s order with selected products, the seller contacts the client to agree on the replacement or compensation of the product. Delivery of products takes place according to the chosen delivery option.

2.5. Exhanging and returning products

All products ordered from See Beauty online shop are eligible for a 30-days exchanging and returning right. To exchange or return a product a client must send a notice with their name and contacts, explanation of the defect or problem and desirable solution to info@seebeauty.ee.The seller refunds the amount of the returned products together with the original postage fee within 14 days from the date of return of the products. In the case of a exchange, the seller will send the client a new product if the product being exchanged has been returned to the seller. The shipping cost of returning and exchanging products remains with the client, unless a wrong or defective product has been sent to the client. The right to return and exchange does not apply to products which, after delivery, have been opened and at the time of returning are unusable due to hygiene reasons.

2.6. Settlement of disputes

The seller does not take responsibility for damage or whatever other consequences from uncorrect data provided by the client when completing an order, including a delay in delivery, if this is due to circumstances beyond the control of the seller.

The seller is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse and use different from what is describe in the product instructions.

Disputes arising between the seller and the client are resolved by negotiation between the parties. In case an agreement is not reached, the client has the right to contact the Estonian Consumer Protection Board (Rahukohtu 2 Tallinn 10130, http://www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee) and the Consumer Dispute Committee (Rahukohtu 2 Tallinn 10130, http://www.komisjon.ee) to settle the dispute out of the court or to Harju county court. In addition, all clients have the opportunity to reach out to the EU electronic ODR-platform (Online Dispute Resolution) which solves disputes with all online sellers at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
