1. General conditions
www.seebeauty.ee webshop is managed by S.E. Beauty OÜ (registration code: 12631823; address: Ahtri 12 / Jõe 9-13, 10151 Tallinn).
All prices on the www.seebeauty.ee website are in euros and include VAT. You can shop online at www.seebeauty.ee as a non-registered customer. The goods will be delivered by Omniva, Itella SmartPost or DPD.
2. How to buy?
2.1. Placing an order
Orders can be placed in the webshop as a non-registered customer. The customer selects the goods they want from the webshop and adds them to the shopping cart. The customer enters his/her personal data (name and surname, email, telephone, company name, address), selects the method and place of delivery and confirms the order.
2.2. Prices and ordering with 0% VAT
All webshop prices are in euros and include 20% VAT.
A company that is subject to VAT in another EU country can order products with 0% VAT. To do this, follow these steps:
– Add the products you want to your shopping cart and go to the “Proceed to purchase” page.
– Fill in all the fields for payer information. In the comments box, write VAT No.
– Choose the delivery and payment method that suits you.
– Place an order.
– Wait for a new invoice with 0% VAT and then pay the invoice. No refunds will be made for invoices already paid.
2.3. Payment for goods
To pay for your goods, go to the shopping cart, which you can find by clicking on the basket image next to the menu.
By clicking on the “Checkout” button, you will be redirected to a page where you will need to fill in your contact details and choose your preferred delivery method – the nearest Itella SmartPost, Omniva or DPD parcel machine.
Please note: Care must be taken when choosing your contact details and delivery method, as the correctness and accuracy of this information will determine the speedy and uninterrupted delivery of the requested product. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the non-fulfilment of the order due to incorrect information provided by the Customer or any consequences thereof.
Once you have filled in the required fields and checked the details, click on the “Place order” button to pay.
After clicking on the “Place an order” button, you will be presented with the Payment Methods screen, where you will find a list of banks through which you can pay. Payment is possible through bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor).
Choose the payment method you wish to use to pay by clicking on the “Pay” button next to the bank image.
After clicking on the “Pay” button, you will be redirected to the Payment Centre. If you are paying via the Payment Centre, you must tick the box “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions” and click on the logo of the relevant bank. You will then be redirected to the bank, where you will need to check the payment information, make the payment and click on the “Back to merchant” button.
A confirmation of purchase will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
The order will be delivered in Estonia within 3-4 working days via Itella SmartPost, Omniva or DPD and within 14 working days elsewhere.
When the parcel arrives at the desired parcel machine, an SMS containing the parcel machine door opening code is sent to the recipient’s mobile phone. To pick up the goods, you must go to the parcel machine and enter the door code according to the instructions on the parcel machine’s touch screen. If you order a parcel by post, you will receive a notification from the post office that you can collect the parcel from your local post office.
2.5. Exchanges and returns
The customer has the right to return the goods within 14. days of receipt of the goods.
The returned goods must be unused and in the original packaging and a free-form return request must be sent to S.E. Beauty OÜ in writing to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org within 14. days.
The deposit for the cancelled order (excluding transport costs) will be returned to the customer’s bank account within 14. days of the submission of the application, provided that the goods are returned to S.E. Beauty OÜ within this period.
The customer shall pay the transport costs for the return of the goods, except in the case of damage to the goods which could not be detected on external inspection and which did not occur when the packaging was opened or if the goods do not correspond to the product ordered by the customer (wrong product).
2.6. Dispute resolution
The Seller shall not be liable for any damage or any other consequences, including delay in delivery, resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer when fulfilling the order, if this is due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
The Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused by improper use of the goods ordered and use of the goods contrary to the instructions.
Disputes between the seller and the customer will be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the customer has the right to turn to the Consumer Protection Board (Rahukohtu 2 Tallinn 10130, https://www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee) and the Consumer Disputes Committee (Rahukohtu 2 Tallinn 10130, https://www.komisjon.ee) for out-of-court settlement of the dispute or to the Harju County Court. In addition, the European Union’s ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform is open to all customers for resolving complaints with e-retailers at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
3. Additional information
S.E. Beauty OÜ reserves the right to change the content, prices and systems of the webshop.
